Swimming Pool

SVCC Swimming Pool is a modern acquatic sports facility with an Olympic sized pool, a Children’s Pool and an equalizing tank. It has adequate number of changing rooms, wash rooms and external showers. The Pool is manned by a lifeguard and has plant infrastructure to carry out ___ litres/ minute of filtration. During summer months, a number of coaching classes are organised to teach swimming to children and adults under the guidance of a former National athlete.

Library

Sandeep Vihar Library is largely funded and supported through contributions from residents who volunteered to donate books. It has found a lot of support from young readers. The librarian is a volunteer-resident who supports through two hours of time at the Librarian Desk twice a week.

Gymnasium

A well subscribed facility is the Gym on Second Floor. Large, spacious and with a wide range of equipment, the gym is a popular space for those who need to workout. We have an accomplished trainer available at all time. This Gym complements the Outdoor Gym and provides great options for training.

Billiards Room

The Billiards room has two Billiards Tables and associated furniture, accessories and equipment. A large number of residents avail this sporting facility and competitions are held to encourage participation and building a billiards and snooker culture. Room is AC

Badminton Court

Possibly the most over-subscribed sports facility. We have competition-class two badminton courts meeting standards as laid out by BAI. Synthetic surfaces were recently relaid. Given the demand for usage, booking of bandminton courts are done through a system managed by SVCC Reception Desk. Competitions are also held to generate more interest in the game.

Card Room

For die hard bridge aficionados, especially senior veterans, the Card Room is a popular facility and draws both Bridge experts and novices alike. The room has been equipped with air conditioning and additional furniture by a few passionate Bridge players. Room is AC+C13

Table Tennis Room

Table Tennis is a popular pastime for young Sandeep Vihar residents. We have two tables and availability of volunteer coaches and player-mentors has drawn children to this game. Competitions are often held to retain wide participation. Sandeep Vihar also benefits from two or three players with national level background.

Banquet Halls

SVCC has two large air-conditioned banquet halls with a seating capacity of 150 and 100. One of these halls has entrances both from SVCC lobby as well as from outside SVCC to facilitate direct entry without access-control for guests. Residents can bring in their own caterers, decorators and event teams.

Activity Rooms

Residents of Sandeep Vihar require spaces and facilities to conduct classes, and other events. On any day, you will find dances, musicals, coaching sessions and yoga, zumab and such classes being carried out. For many talented residents who wish to run commercial arts events, classes and other events these rooms are great venues.

Guest Rooms

SVCC has four guest rooms, all AC, on the second floor, , each fully furnished, and with all necessary accessories and support infrastructure. All rooms have access to their partly covered private terraces.

Meals can be ordered from SVCC Caterer inhouse and delivered through Zomato/Swiggy and with a wide range of restaurants and cloud kitchens in and around Sandeep Vihar, food and beverage options are diverse. These guest rooms can be booked and paid-for using MyGate app. All facilities of SVCC are accessible to any guest.

Reception Desk

SVCC has a 24X7 reception desk. The SVCC Manager/Asst Manager supports all residents requiring access to clubhouse and sports facilities. The Desk also handles reservations of facilities in SVCC. Kiosk.

Lobby

SVCC has a large lobby furnished tastefully where residents and visitors can be hosted for meetings and discussions. Coffee Kiosk is also available.

Terraces

SVCC has four public and open terraces, which can be reserved for private events.

Sandeep Vihar Diner

Sandeep Vihar Diner is a restaurant within SVCC premises with a fully equipped kitchen , a café kiosk and a large private area for hosting customers. Both dining-in and delivery services at competitive rates are offered. Additionally, they support catering services fo residents within Sandeep Vihar and together with the Banquet Halls offered by SVCC help residents manage private events without recourse to external vendors and contractors.
